Depression can be debilitating and difficult to describe. It can be scary to label and hard to identify in ourselves.
Seeking out help or support from a professional or a loved one when we recognize symptoms of depression, is one way we can find relief.
We are not alone and should not have to isolate ourselves because we’re having difficulty managing our symptoms.
