Kaitlyn Kasha is a music-psychotherapist at Tiffany Music Therapy based in the Kitchener-Waterloo area.
Kaitlyn is passionate about integrating musical and verbal processes in therapy in ways that help people to express themselves while feeling seen and supported.
Kaitlyn works from a client centred and resource oriented approach and incorporates a variety of techniques from diverse modalities, including CBT and psychodynamic therapy. Kaitlyn has experience working in a variety of settings including community and inpatient mental health, hospice, community women’s services, and private practice. As a therapist, Kaitlyn aims to empower clients to expand their self-awareness, deepen relationships with themselves and with others, and build confidence through resources and coping skills. She hopes to collaborate with clients in a process of self-discovery that resonates beyond sessions and contributes to living a fuller and more meaningful life.
