psychotherapist & music Therapist
at Tiffany music therapy
Hi there, I’m Holly! I’m one of the music psychotherapists at Tiffany Music Therapy. I’ve long been passionate about the application of creative processes such as music to achieve therapeutic goals. I draw upon a variety of music-based interventions as well as verbal psychotherapy and counselling to support clients through their therapeutic journey. I practice under the umbrella of person-centered care, drawing from humanism, anti-oppressive practice, trauma-informed care, and a strengths-based approach.
The process of engaging in therapy looks different for every one of us. I strive to honour these differences by collaborating with clients to ensure the time we spend in our sessions is tailored to who you are and what you’re hoping to achieve. I support people by creating a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable in sharing your challenges, expressing emotions, and exploring the intricacies of your experiences.
I offer a free consultation over video/phone, depending on your preference. This serves as an opportunity for us to connect, explore what brought you to Tiffany Music Therapy, and discuss your goals.
It often takes a great deal of courage to begin a therapeutic journey. I recognize and honour this so you can be assured that we will go at your pace to ensure you feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout.
It's part of life to have obstacles. It's about overcoming obstacles; that's the key to happiness. ~ Herbie Hancock
